Black Sheep Behavioral was created for the people who’ve always felt like they were navigating life just a little differently. The ones who question, who feel deeply, who carry histories that others don’t always understand. We’re here for the individuals who’ve been labeled “too sensitive,” “too much,” “too quiet,” “too intense,” or simply “different.” We don’t see those traits as flaws. We see them as signals—of resilience, of insight, of a mind and heart that have survived more than most people will ever know. At Black Sheep Behavioral, we believe that healing isn’t about fitting in. It’s about finally feeling seen. It’s about learning to trust your own voice, reclaim your story, and build a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. This is a place where you don’t have to mask, minimize, or explain yourself. You get to show up exactly as you are.

I am passionate about working with teenagers and young adults. Adolescence and emerging adulthood are key transition times of life that can be scary, exciting, confusing, and at times, lonely. I want to help you navigate life’s unknowns with an open ear, a loving heart and when needed, a sense of humor! My favorite part of therapy is the unlimited and unknown strength inside each person and allowing you to find that strength within and begin to harness it to build towards your future. I love empowering you, helping you find your path, and managing changes and challenges with your head held high.
My primary practice approach is person centered/humanistic. I hope to meet you where you’re at and make sure, we can vibe well. I have worked with teens, young adults, adults, and their families with mental health focuses such as anxiety, depression, gender exploration, substance use and trauma.
When I am not working, you can find me hanging with my husband and our four children, playing with our three dogs, reading, getting outside, traveling, hanging with my friends, and watching my children play sports. I truly enjoy getting to know, listening to, and supporting people through life!

I am passionate about supporting individuals affected by trauma, including first responders, veterans, and those with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). If you're struggling with stress, anxiety, or emotional pain, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your challenges and find healing. Using evidence-based therapies, I focus on your strengths and empower you to build resilience, emotional balance, and personal growth. Together, we’ll work towards lasting healing and help you move forward with confidence and hope.
I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and working through everyday stressors, using client-centered, strength-based strategies. I empower clients to heal and grow, providing guidance and evidence-based tools to help you navigate challenges and achieve your goals.
